A historic landmark at WSU, the Potter House was built in the 1900's and has recently been restored to its original beauty.
This house is a split dwelling and the upper apartment is fully furnished for immediate occupancy. The on-site manager lives in the lower apartment and is available as your primary point of contact.
The Potter House has a large living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, one full bathroom, one powder room, and office, and two bedrooms with a full and queen sized bed. The home also includes access to a shared basement laundry facility.
Located only two blocks from the student book store, the Bookie, and campus.
The Potter House is available for rent to incoming faculty, staff and distinguished guests of the university. Lease term one month minimum, six month maximum.
